1. Objet
Les présentes conditions régissent la vente des services numériques proposés sur helid.ch, ci-après le Site. Toute commande implique leur acceptation sans réserve.
2. Services et prix
Carte de contact
Le Site permet de créer gratuitement une carte de contact et d'en consulter un aperçu. La création, la modification et l'aperçu sont gratuits et illimités. Seul le téléchargement des fichiers est payant.
Une carte existe en trois versions : la carte verticale, la carte horizontale au format d'une carte de visite imprimée, et un bloc compact destiné à une signature d'e-mail. Les coordonnées sont communes aux trois, la mise en page est propre à chacune. Le prix dépend du nombre de versions achetées, pas du nombre de fichiers téléchargés.
- 2.00 CHF : la première version, au choix, avec 30 jours de téléchargements illimités dans tous les formats et toutes les tailles proposés. L'aperçu perd son flou et son filigrane. La version conserve la mention indiquant le générateur.
- 1.00 CHF par version supplémentaire, sur la même période de 30 jours : 3.00 CHF pour deux versions, 4.00 CHF pour les trois.
- 1.00 CHF : retrait de la mention, quel que soit le nombre de versions achetées. Le retrait vaut pour toutes les versions de la carte.
- Le retrait de la mention s'ajoute au prix des versions, en un seul paiement : 3.00 CHF pour une version sans mention, 4.00 CHF pour deux, 5.00 CHF pour les trois.
- 1.00 CHF : ajout d'une version pendant une période déjà ouverte. Acheter les versions en une fois ou en plusieurs fois coûte le même prix.
- Réouverture après la fin d'une période : mêmes montants, selon les versions choisies. Le temps restant éventuel s'ajoute, il n'est pas perdu.
Le retrait de la mention et les versions achetées le sont avec une période de téléchargement et valent pour cette période. Lorsqu'elle se termine, la mention revient et les versions sont à choisir de nouveau avec la période suivante. Prolonger une période encore en cours ne fait revenir ni la mention ni la perte d'une version.
Démarchage
L'outil de démarchage fonctionne au crédit. Un crédit correspond à un e-mail envoyé, et les crédits s'achètent par tranches de 100. Le prix baisse avec le volume :
- 0.10 CHF le crédit en dessous de 500
- 0.09 CHF le crédit dès 500
- 0.08 CHF le crédit dès 1000
- 0.07 CHF le crédit dès 2000
Soit 10.00 CHF pour 100 crédits, 45.00 CHF pour 500, 80.00 CHF pour 1000 et 140.00 CHF pour 2000. Le tarif appliqué est celui de la quantité achetée en une fois, il ne se cumule pas d'un achat à l'autre.
- Le crédit est décompté au moment de l'envoi.
- Si le message revient en erreur, le crédit est recrédité automatiquement lors du rapprochement des réponses. Vous ne payez donc que les e-mails effectivement arrivés à destination.
- La création du compte, l'import et la recherche d'entreprises, la préparation des campagnes et des modèles sont gratuits. Seul l'envoi consomme des crédits.
Les prix sont indiqués en francs suisses. Les paiements sont traités par Stripe. Aucune donnée de carte bancaire ne transite par le Site ni n'y est conservée.
3. Livraison
La livraison est immédiate et entièrement numérique. Dès que le paiement est confirmé par Stripe, les fichiers deviennent téléchargeables depuis votre compte, sans limite de nombre, pendant toute la durée de la période de 30 jours.
4. Modifications après paiement
Après le premier paiement, une carte accepte cinq modifications, afin de corriger une faute de frappe. Une modification correspond à un champ et non à un enregistrement : reprendre le nom et le numéro de téléphone en consomme deux. Au-delà, la carte est considérée comme définitive.
Vous pouvez alors la dupliquer. La copie reprend le contenu et redevient librement modifiable, mais il s'agit d'une nouvelle carte : son aperçu est gratuit comme pour n'importe quelle carte, et son téléchargement demande son propre paiement. Le retrait de la mention et la seconde version sont également à racheter sur la copie. Dupliquer n'est donc pas un moyen de prolonger une carte, c'est un moyen de repartir d'une base existante.
Un nouveau paiement de 30 jours sur une carte existante redonne cinq modifications.
5. Droit de rétractation
Il s'agit d'un contenu numérique fourni immédiatement. En validant votre commande, vous demandez expressément l'exécution immédiate de la prestation et vous reconnaissez qu'un droit de rétractation ne peut plus être exercé une fois les fichiers mis à disposition.
6. Remboursement
Si le service ne fonctionne pas comme décrit, notamment si le QR généré ne peut pas être lu par un téléphone courant, écrivez-nous. Un signalement peut aussi être envoyé directement depuis la carte concernée. Si le problème vient du service, le paiement est remboursé intégralement.
Aucun remboursement n'est dû pour un contenu saisi de manière erronée par le client, ni pour une impression réalisée à partir d'informations incorrectes : l'aperçu gratuit et le test par scan existent précisément pour vérifier ces points avant tout paiement.
7. Limites techniques
Le QR code contient la fiche de contact elle-même et non un lien. C'est ce qui lui permet de fonctionner sans connexion internet, mais cela impose deux limites annoncées : la capacité maximale d'un QR interdit d'y inclure une photo, et les informations sont figées une fois la carte imprimée.
8. Disponibilité
Le Site est fourni sans garantie de disponibilité ininterrompue. Les fichiers déjà téléchargés restent utilisables indépendamment du Site, et les cartes déjà imprimées continuent de fonctionner même si le Site cesse d'exister.
9. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit suisse. Le for est celui du siège du vendeur, sous réserve des dispositions impératives protégeant les consommateurs.
10. Évolution des prix
Les outils sont en phase d'évaluation et les tarifs indiqués sont des tarifs de lancement. Ils peuvent être modifiés à tout moment, et augmenteront probablement une fois l'usage réel mesuré. Un changement de prix ne s'applique qu'aux achats postérieurs : une période de téléchargement déjà payée reste valable jusqu'à son terme, au prix payé, et aucun montant n'est réclamé rétroactivement.

1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the digital services offered on helid.ch, referred to below as the Site. Placing an order implies acceptance of them.
2. Services and prices
Contact card
The Site lets you create a contact card and view a preview free of charge. Creating, editing and previewing are free and unlimited. Only downloading the files is paid.
A card comes in three versions: the portrait card, the landscape card at the size of a printed business card, and a compact block meant for an e-mail signature. The contact details are shared, the layout is separate for each. The price follows the number of versions bought, not the number of files downloaded.
- CHF 2.00: the first version, whichever you choose, with 30 days of unlimited downloads in every offered format and size. The preview loses its blur and watermark. The version keeps the line naming the generator.
- CHF 1.00 per further version, over the same 30-day period: CHF 3.00 for two versions, CHF 4.00 for all three.
- CHF 1.00: removing the line, whatever the number of versions bought. The removal applies to every version of that card.
- Removing the line adds to the price of the versions, in a single payment: CHF 3.00 for one version without it, CHF 4.00 for two, CHF 5.00 for all three.
- CHF 1.00: adding a version during a period already open. Buying the versions at once or in steps costs the same.
- Reopening after a period has ended: the same amounts, according to the versions chosen. Any remaining time is added rather than lost.
Both the removal of the line and the versions bought belong to a download period and apply to that period. When it ends, the line comes back and the versions are chosen again with the next period. Extending a period that is still running brings back neither the line nor the loss of a version.
Outreach
The outreach tool runs on credits. One credit covers one e-mail sent, and credits are bought in steps of 100. The price falls with volume:
- CHF 0.10 per credit below 500
- CHF 0.09 per credit from 500
- CHF 0.08 per credit from 1000
- CHF 0.07 per credit from 2000
That is CHF 10.00 for 100 credits, CHF 45.00 for 500, CHF 80.00 for 1000 and CHF 140.00 for 2000. The rate applies to the quantity bought in one go, it does not accumulate across purchases.
- The credit is taken at the moment of sending.
- If the message bounces, the credit is automatically refunded when replies are reconciled. You therefore pay only for e-mails that actually arrived.
- Creating an account, importing and searching companies, and preparing campaigns and templates are free. Only sending consumes credits.
Prices are in Swiss francs. Payments are processed by Stripe. No card details pass through the Site or are stored on it.
3. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and entirely digital. As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, the files become downloadable from your account, without limit, for the whole 30-day period.
4. Changes after payment
After the first payment a card accepts five changes, so a typing mistake can be fixed. A change means one field, not one save: redoing the name and the phone number uses two. Beyond that the card is treated as final.
You can then duplicate it. The copy carries the content over and is freely editable again, but it is a new card: its preview is free as for any card, and downloading it requires its own payment. Removing the line at the bottom also has to be bought again on the copy. Duplicating is therefore not a way to extend a card, it is a way to start from an existing one.
A new 30-day payment on an existing card restores two corrections.
5. Right of withdrawal
This is digital content supplied immediately. By confirming your order you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that a right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the files have been made available.
6. Refunds
If the service does not work as described, in particular if the generated QR cannot be read by an ordinary phone, write to us. A report can also be sent directly from the card concerned. Where the fault lies with the service, the payment is refunded in full.
No refund is due for content entered incorrectly by the customer, nor for a print run made from incorrect details: the free preview and the scan test exist precisely so those can be checked before any payment.
7. Technical limits
The QR code contains the contact record itself rather than a link. That is what lets it work with no internet connection, but it imposes two stated limits: the maximum capacity of a QR makes a photo impossible, and the details are frozen once the card is printed.
8. Availability
The Site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Files already downloaded remain usable independently of the Site, and cards already printed keep working even if the Site ceases to exist.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is that of the seller's registered seat, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
10. Price changes
The tools are in an evaluation phase and the prices shown are introductory. They may change at any time, and will probably rise once real usage has been measured. A price change applies only to later purchases: a download period already paid for stays valid until it ends, at the price paid, and nothing is charged retroactively.
